The Tenontosaurus tail stun lasts 2 to 3 seconds in The Isle: Evrima — enough to follow up with a back kick or reposition the group. With 154 stamina and 44 km/h, the Teno can land several stuns in a row before running low. On La Meute QC, its unique arsenal (tail stun, bleeding kick, directional claws) makes it the most versatile T4 herbivore despite its only 35 bite damage.
Yes — the Tenontosaurus back kick is one of the most powerful bleed attacks from an herbivore in The Isle: Evrima. Combined with the tail Stun (2-3s), the Teno can Stun then immediately chain the bleeding kick while the enemy is stationary. On La Meute QC, this stun-kick combo is prized against Carnotauruses attempting their Knockdown charge — the Stun stops them cold.
It's tight: the Tenontosaurus (1,600 HP, 35 bite damage) faces a Cerato (2,250 HP, 350 damage, armor + venom). The Teno must use its tail Stun first then flee at 44 km/h — its 154 stamina lets it sustain a long escape. If the Teno stays in range, the Cerato's bacterial DoT wins the fight. Escape is always preferable if you play solo Teno on La Meute QC against a T4 carnivore.
