Open the in-game chat with T or Enter, then type your command. Example: /grow to speed up growth, /groupinvite [name] to invite a player to your group.
/groupinvite [name] to invite, /groupkick [name] to remove, /groupleave to leave the group.
Admin commands are reserved for moderators and administrators: /kick, /ban, /teleport, /announce, /settime, /weather.
