We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these terms of use, violation of server rules, behavior harmful to the community, or any fraudulent activity. Upon termination, you lose access to your account and all associated data, including VIP status and virtual goods. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us by email.
In the event of permanent service shutdown, a minimum 30-day notice will be given to the community. During this period, the shop will be immediately closed (no new purchases possible) and players may continue using their active VIP until its natural expiration. Since no active VIP exceeds 31 days, all subscriptions will expire before shutdown.
