Dinos go through Juvenile, Sub-adult and Adult stages. Press H at a nest to progress. Growth boosts all stats. Stay hidden and well-fed as a juvenile — it's the most dangerous phase.
Prime is a bonus stage unlocked once you're an adult by meeting certain conditions. It significantly boosts stats (health, attack, speed). The La Meute QC calculator shows your Prime stats.
Bleeding is caused by certain attacks (deep bites, claws). It drains health over time. Heal it by staying still (lying down) somewhere safe. Untreated bleeding is fatal.
KOS stands for 'Kill On Sight' — killing players on sight with no roleplay reason. Some servers like La Meute QC ban KOS and promote a semi-realistic playstyle.
