Iguanodon bernissartensis
Nicknames : Iggy · Iguano
A large terrestrial herbivore. Rearing up for combat, it stands its ground to injure opponents with its spiked thumbs and mighty kicks. Although not semi-aquatic, it is a good swimmer.
On La Meute QC's Path of Titans server, Iguanodon (Iguanodon bernissartensis) is a herbivore of the Terrestrial class rated 3/5 for damage, 1/5 for defence, 3/5 for land speed and 3/5 for survivability, taking 4 group slots. Growth is earned by staying alive, with no teleport.
Iguanodon's most iconic feature is its spiked thumb, believed to have served a combative purpose. Though it spends most of its time as a quadruped, it will rear up on its hind legs to run. In Path of Titans, its bipedal stance replaces the crouch, granting better turning speed and stamina recovery.

Negates all knockback while bipedal.
Iguanodon, named in 1825, is one of the first dinosaurs recognized by science. This ornithopod genus sits roughly halfway between the swift bipedal hypsilophodontids of the mid-Jurassic and the duck-billed dinosaurs of the Late Cretaceous. Taxonomic revision in the early 21st century settled on one well-substantiated species: I. bernissartensis, which lived from the late Barremian to earliest Aptian (Early Cretaceous, ~126–122 Ma) in Belgium, Spain, Germany, England and possibly elsewhere in Europe. A large, stocky herbivore roughly 10 m long, it had spiked thumbs (likely defensive) and long prehensile fifth fingers for foraging. Mainly quadrupedal, it could rise on two feet to browse at height. It is among the first dinosaurs known to chew its food. It belongs to the family Iguanodontidae. I. galvensis, described from fossils found in La Rioja, Spain, bears some resemblance to the Mongolian iguanodontid Altirhinus.
🦴 Full scientific profileYes — Bipedal replaces the crouch, giving Iguanodon better turn speed and stamina recovery. Gauntlets (+20% armor while bipedal) and Retaliate (+20% damage for 2s after being hit in bipedal) make it a reactive fighter. On La Meute QC, alternating quadrupedal (Running Start 2x acceleration) and bipedal (counter-attack) is the key.
Yes — with 3/5 water speed and dedicated abilities (Dunking Kick passive +20% swim speed, Webbed Feet +10% swim speed -20% swim stamina, Paddle Tail +10%, Streamlined +10%), Iguanodon swims well above the terrestrial herbivore average. On Riparia, this aquatic mobility is a valuable asset for fleeing or repositioning.
Yes — Hero's Stand stacks 'Heroic' charges with landing attacks. At 3 stacks, the entire group gains +25% damage for 20 seconds. On La Meute QC where herbivore defensive fights are common, Iguanodon can convert its aggressive jump landings into a direct offensive boost for Lambeosaurus or Barsboldia allies.
