Amargasaurus cazaui
Nicknames : Amarga
A large terrestrial herbivore. Lumberingly slow, it is ineffective at escaping conflict, but excels in a fight thanks to its crushing stomps and thorned neck.
On La Meute QC's Path of Titans server, Amargasaurus (Amargasaurus cazaui) is a herbivore of the Terrestrial class rated 4/5 for damage, 3/5 for defence, 1/5 for land speed and 2/5 for survivability. Growth is earned by staying alive, with no teleport.
Considered small for a sauropod, Amargasaurus is recognizable for its bizarrely spiked neck vertebrae. In life, this could have formed a sail, but no evidence exists of any skin attaching such structures, so it boils down to speculation.

Amargasaurus is a genus of sauropod dinosaur from the Early Cretaceous (129.4–122.46 mya) of what is now Argentina. The only known skeleton, discovered in 1984, is virtually complete including a fragmentary skull, making it one of the best-known sauropods of its epoch. First described in 1991, it includes a single valid species: Amargasaurus cazaui. Its most distinctive feature is two parallel rows of tall spines along the neck and back, taller than those of any other known sauropod. These could have protruded as solitary keratin-sheathed structures, or — the more favored interpretation today — formed a scaffold supporting a skin sail used for display, combat, or defense. Length is estimated between 9 m (older estimate) and 13 m (43 ft, GSP estimate), with a mass of 2.5 to 4 metric tons.
🦴 Full scientific profileYes, 1/5 land speed makes it a sitting target on the run — but Amargasaurus isn't built to flee. Equip Lone Survivor (+10% armor solo) and Sturdy (knockback immunity) to stand your ground. The Angulus or Serratus subspecies adds Spiked Hide: any melee hit bleeds the attacker, strongly deterring predators on Riparia.
Amargasaurus is the only sauropod in the game with genuine offensive tools: Stomp (heavy front stomp) and Tail Attack (light damage). Its damage score is 4/5 — matching Barsboldia but with less health. Its 3/5 defense lags behind Barsboldia's 5/5, but its spines passively bleed attackers.
By default with the Herbivore metabolism, Amargasaurus is limited to berries and fruit. No Forager ability is available in its kit — a notable food constraint on Riparia where it must stay near berry-rich forest and coastal zones, especially since hunger drains at a moderate rate.
