Achillobator giganticus
Nicknames : Achillo · Turkey · Chilli · Chillo · Archi
A medium-sized dromaeosaurid carnivore. A large, stocky raptor that excels at hunting in groups, boosting the power of itself and smaller raptors through unique pack-based abilities.
On La Meute QC's Path of Titans server, Achillobator (Achillobator giganticus) is a carnivore of the Terrestrial class rated 3/5 for damage, 2/5 for defence, 4/5 for land speed and 4/5 for survivability, taking 3 group slots. Growth is earned by staying alive, with no teleport.
Achillobator possesses all the same traits of its smaller Dromaeosaur relatives, bearing a feathered body, winged arms, and sickle-claw toes, albeit on a massive scale. Reaching up to 16 feet long, it was gargantuan for a dromaeosaur.

Achillobator (meaning "Achilles Hero", named after the Greek hero) is a genus of large dromaeosaurid theropod that lived in Mongolia, Asia, during the Late Cretaceous, alongside other in-game dinosaurs such as Alioramus and Barsboldia. It was a heavy-built, ground-dwelling, bipedal carnivore and active predator that hunted with the enlarged sickle-shaped claw on its second toe. The genus is monotypic, including only the type species A. giganticus; no further specimens have been found since its discovery. Its most characteristic feature is its primitive pelvis, differing from other dromaeosaurids, and most of its preserved elements show prominent sturdiness, an unusual trait in the family. It is the first and largest dromaeosaurid known from the Bayan Shireh Formation. The average adult was 5 metres long and weighed about 300 kg. Achillobator belongs to the clade Eudromaeosauria within the family Dromaeosauridae.
🦴 Full scientific profileAchillobator is an ideal predator, especially in a pack. It bleeds out its prey with its Ripping Kick, and its bite leaves scars on whoever is bitten.
When attacking, Achillobator has often already planned its moveset and holds the bigger advantage. Ripping Kick, claws, bite and pounce are all ideal and dangerous weapons, making it a fearsome predator — especially in packs with other raptors like Deinonychus and Latenivenatrix.
When defending, Achillobator has less of an advantage since it hasn't planned its move. But if the prey is large enough, it uses Cruel Swipe, a deadly weapon against any large creature. It's best applied while pounced; to save stamina you can strike without pouncing.
Achillobator can hunt solo via Lone Hunter (+10% damage out of group), but it truly shines with 1–2 small raptors: Mob Boss stacks up to 70% extra damage for Deinonychus and Latenivenatrix within 75m. On La Meute QC's survival server, slow growth strongly incentivizes pack play for safety.
In Path of Titans, Achillobator has a damage score of 3/5 and land speed of 4/5 — fast for its bulk. With Counterbalance equipped, it uses 15% less stamina while running, letting it sustain pressure on medium-sized targets far longer.
Yes — unlike some large carnivores, Achillobator has no native grapple immunity. To counter this, the pack build relies on Strength in Numbers (+10% armor per nearby ally raptor) to reduce the impact of enemy pounces. Keeping small raptors close is your best defensive layer.
