No. Tyrannosaurus rex went extinct 66 Ma. Megalodon (Otodus megalodon) emerged in the Miocene ~23 Ma, 43 million years after T-Rex's extinction. They never coexisted. In a hypothetical duel, both evolved in radically different environments: T-Rex on land, Megalodon in the oceans.
Megalodon (Otodus megalodon) had the most powerful bite in the animal kingdom at 108,000 to 182,000 Newtons — 2 to 3 times more than Tyrannosaurus rex's 57,000 N. Megalodon measured up to 18 metres and ~50-70 tonnes, with fossilised teeth of 18 cm.
Roughly eight times. Megalodon reached 50 to 60 tonnes at 15 to 18 metres, while Tyrannosaurus rex peaked at 5 to 9 tonnes for 12 to 13 metres. Water carries a shark's weight, something a land animal cannot afford: past about ten tonnes, leg bones simply stop keeping up.
